• $10,000 Annual Fee. Two-year minimum plus sponsorship of a center project (min. $40,000/yr., 50% of current overhead subsidized).

• Keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments via semi-annual briefings of center-conducted research
• Participate in selection of center research projects among faculty proposals; suggest your own broad research thrusts
• Receive copies of all publications and unpublished reports on center-funded research
• Receive price discount on any center-developed computer software

Preferential Intellectual Property Rights:

• Exclusive license on sponsored project with no lump sum payments (royalty rate to be agreed upon)

• $30,000 Annual Fee. Three year minimum

• Preferential Intellectual Property Rights:

First option for license, dollar-for-dollar credit of annual fee against amount to be paid under license agreement.

Sliding scale annual fee based on sales:

• Less than $25 million = $3,000 per year
• $25 million to $50 million = $5,000 per year
• $50 million to $75 million = $7,500 per year
• More than $75 million = $10,000 per year

• Can attend semi-annual briefings
